Ever have a nib that just wouldn’t work? Vivian will cover how to use metal broad pen nibs. If you have a problem nib – bring it with you. If you attend in person, you will be able to try the tools she brings. The handout includes decorative patterns we'll do in class.
Supplies to bring:
- 2mm to 3mm marker
- Pilot Parallel pen or
- Nib and holder with ink
- Paper - that your ink likes

Ludovico Vicentino degli Arrighi created the first instructional manual on how to write in the Italic hand. Walk through the History of the Italic hand along with modern-day methods to write Italic with a broad-edge and mono-line tools.

Join us on a creative floral painting journey using a special paint brush
along with watercolors and gouache paints.
In this class we will focus on painting with the Wedge Brush, also known as a
Triangle Brush. Lynda teaches the basics of using and manipulating
the Wedge Brush to make beautiful florals.
