Organized in January 1984 and based in Orlando, Florida.

Our members come from all walks of life and include beginners, hobbyists and professionals alike.

Our purpose is to promote the study and practice of calligraphy, encourage artistic growth and appreciation of the lettering arts, and foster the exchange of ideas among our members and the community.

Our regular meeting will start at 1 pm

The After-meeting Mini Workshop will be making quick marbled paper with shaving creams

Please bring:
•. A small lipped tray:  an old shoe box lid could work or a lid from a plastic bin or recycle a to go lid or a metal tray (like a small toaster oven metal tray or cookie sheet with a lip)
•. Small assortment of your favorite watercolor paint(3-4 colors) ) or food coloring -- you can mix your own watercolors -- DON’T bring ink or anything permanent!.
•. A dropper or pipet or paintbrush (one for each color)
•. Paper towels and a bag for trash
•. Your enthusiasm 

The guild will be providing the paper, envelopes and shaving cream and the swirl sticks and cards.  Jenifer will bring some extra paint and washi tape.
